Description
Automated gantry welding station features Fronius TIG and MIG power sources integrated with laser seam tracking, arc viewing cameras, and real-time current and voltage monitoring. It supports linear and circular welding for precise fabrication of complex, large-scale structures.
The GMAW system, powered by the Trans Steel 5000 PULSE, provides multiple metal transfer modes—short-circuit, globular, spray, pulse, synchro pulse, steel root, and stitch welding—for versatile and efficient operation. The GTAW system, driven by the Magic Wave 3000, supports TIG AC/DC and manual arc welding, enabling high control and accuracy.
