Application: Our state-of-the-art automated gantry welding station is equipped with Fronius TIG and MIG power sources, along with advanced technologies such as laser seam tracking, arc viewing cameras, and real-time current and voltage monitoring. This setup supports both linear and circular welding for high-precision fabrication of complex and large-scale structures. The GMAW system, powered by the Trans Steel 5000 PULSE, offers a wide array of metal transfer modes—including short-circuit, globular, spray, pulse, synchro pulse, and specialized modes like steel root and stitch welding—ensuring versatility and efficiency across applications. The GTAW system, driven by the Magic Wave 3000, enables TIG AC/DC and manual arc welding, making it ideal for tasks demanding fine control and accuracy. This facility advances research and development in automated welding, aiming to enhance productivity and deliver consistent, high-quality welds.
